At Your Move, we offer daily stretching programs designed to help individuals enhance flexibility, improve performance, reduce the risk of injuries & feel GOOD.

Our programs meet the unique needs of each individual, whether you are seasoned athlete, busy business owner, stay at home parent or someone looking to alleviate muscle tightness and improve overall well-being this is a great place to start.

This program is designed to seamlessly integrate into your day, promoting flexibility & health without disrupting your workflow. With my guidance, you'll enhance your posture & reduce stiffness, ensuring you feel primed for your day.
